Hi, I’m Fiona,
I’m a qualified nutritionist and dietitian. I am a complete foodie who loves whole foods, yoga and the outdoors. I think about breakfast at night, dinner in the morning, what recipe I am going to try next and which new recipe book I have to get my hands on! Cooking in my kitchen at home with music playing on the radio is one of my favourite things to do and I hope that many of you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ever since being diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in 2014, I have been healing my gut with a low FODMAP diet which has completely changed my life.
I then followed my dreams and started a blog, using FODMAP friendly recipes and living with IBS as the core focus. I hope that as many people as possible can each gain something from my blog, whether it’s a recipe, inspiration or motivation to make a positive change for a healthier, happier life.
