A Week in Fiji

Earlier this month I escaped the cold and spent a week in Fiji! The scenery was incredible and the food was pretty good too! Here’s my week on a plate from Malolo Island Resort:

The most amazing Kokoda (raw fish in coconut milk) – this is Fiji’s national dish for a reason, my whole family ordered it again the next day!
